The Safelite® app provides you with a quick and easy way to get your damaged vehicle glass repaired or replaced.
The app covers the following types of damage:
• Chipped windshield
• Cracked windshield
• Broken side window
• Broken rear window
You have the ability to:
• Assess the damage and find out what work needs to be done to fix the glass
• Find a Safelite® location by entering a city name or ZIP code. Or, use your current location and the app will automatically provide you with details of your nearest location(s)
• Schedule an appointment right online; you choose the location where you want the work done, give us a few details and we’ll call you back within 1 hour to confirm your requested appointment
• Contact us by phone directly or request that we call you back at a time that is convenient for you
Key features include:
• An easy-to-use diagnostic process to indicate whether it is likely that your damaged vehicle glass can be repaired or if it requires a replacement
• An ability to choose where you want the work carried out – at your home, at work, at an Safelite® location or at another location of your choice
• A map clearly displaying convenient store locations, including full addresses and store hours
• A damage assessment with indication of time and likely cost of the repair or replacement, regardless of your payment method
