The running sheet can be used to help plan and run just about any type of event. Enter the details for the event such as where, when, dress code, what time to arrive, directions and notes. Then enter the running sheet for the event, organised into "sets" and "items" (traiditinoal music terms for gigs) and the timing for each item. Once you have saved all the details you can then email the entire running sheet to all those who are participating. If they have the running sheet, then they will automatically have this downloaded to their application the next time they login. When your at the event, enter gig mode to run through each set with the timings that you have already put in place. The phone will stay on during this period to make sure you always know whats coming up next!
