Rota Maker is an easy to use app for creating, managing and distributing rota (roster) lists. Set up lists of dates and people, mark their availability and let the system fill in the rota for you. Print out the completed rotas or paste them into emails, spreadsheets or word processors.

Rota lists can be quickly created using start and end dates and specifying which weekdays are to be included. You can add, delete or modify dates individually too. Notes can be added to dates for special events, venue changes, or anything else you need to identify.

Setting peoples' availability is done with a simple point & click. There's immediate feedback showing who is available for each date, highlighting any gaps in the schedule.

Assigning people to dates can be done manually or you can use the system's Autofill function to produce an even distribution. You can mix these methods too, making specific assignments and then using the app to fill in the rest for you.

Sign-up sheets (for getting people's availability) and completed rotas can be printed directly or copied & pasted into other apps.
