This app is used to do road patrols. It is mainly targeted at municipal administrations who want to facilitate their road patrol activities using a mobile application for iPad and iPhone.

IMPORTANT : The app is compatible with the JMap mapping system. It must connect to a JMapServer instance that has the Road Patrol Extension deployed and the necessary licences.

Here is a a list of some features :

- Displays the map of your municipality.
- Works with 3G/LTE connection for real-time data sync.
- Works also without 3G/LTE connection with end-of-the day sync over WI-FI
- Records all roads that have been patrolled.
- User can enter observations including notes and pictures.

All the patrol data can then be displayed and analyzed using the Road Patrol Supervisor app on a PC or Mac.

Important note : This app runs in the background to record GPS locations. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. The device should be connected most of the time, while this app is used.
