RMS, stands for Request Management System, is a system to build catalogs and manage requests for the items in catalogs.

It has two main functions:

1) It is used by the users to build catalogs which can be displayed in specific applications. For example, a restaraunt will design its menu using RMS Menu Builder and that can be shown in the restaurant's application

2) In case of a restaurant: people can place the order of the items in menu and the order will be received with another RMS Application (available on App Store as 'RMS Agent')

This particular application 'RMS Agent', users can view the incoming requests/orders and also, they can change the status of the incoming requests or order, for example home delivery order for food.
