To get an answer to a question of interest: add a question, enter arguments FOR and AGAINST and check out the result!
The application will give you its verdict. When you add an argument, you may specify its importance by means of stars: 1 star - "Of no importance", 2 stars - "Of moderate importance", 3 stars - "Of importance".
