Life has always been a simple one for you, where everything has been black and white. But now you find out, it is time for you to die. You never knew how death would come to you, always assuming it would be just as black and white as your life. Then you wake up and see that someone has made a special trip to come for you to collect your soul, and that's when reality hits. It is actually happening. You will do whatever it takes to get away, to do all those things you have set out to do but never had the ability to do. And as you run for your life in Reaper Run, the Grimm Reaper has decided to follow you to mock your survival from death. However, if it is today you are to die; you will not go down without a fight. So how do you fight death himself? You don’t, you RUN as fast as you can to live.

So how far can you really run? In Reaper Run, you are faced with challenging obstacles on a rooftop, as you avoid tumbling down large gaps, while jumping your way over building chimneys, flying blades, boxes, crows and flaming skulls, all which slow you down to allow the Reaper himself to catch up. Using your agility and stamina to get you through the obstacles, see how long you can hold off from your encounter with the Grimm Reaper.

Other victims in the Reaper’s death list are also looking for your help to survive. Like you, they too have taken advantage or done too little in their lifetime. The Grimm Reaper tries to collect the souls of the unworthy; including Prisoner 666, Teddy Beer, the Deadly Ninja and several others who look upon you for help. Even though all deserve the sentence they are getting, they like you, have a need to survive, sensation pushing them forward to ensure they live.

And so it begins, the race of their lives through Reaper City.

Not only will you be able to change your main character that runs from the Reaper, you will also be able to change the Reaper himself. One of the four horsemen will hold the power to destroy you as you try with all your might to get away.
