Furthermore, thanks to the application's implementation of augmented reality, a user can point their smartphone at the building of their choice and receive the contemporary version of a "To Let" board – namely an overlay providing all the relevant details of an offer superimposed on the live camera view on their screen. In addition to viewing the full building particulars immediately, the application will soon be adding virtual visit videos that can be accessed directly from the user's mobile phone.
