RE@L Raceway Math: Addition Facts is an app that helps elementary school students memorize the basic addition math facts. The same team that developed the classic educational computer game Speedway Math, used by elementary students throughout the world, designed this app. Memorizing the basic math facts for all operations is an important step in the process of developing problem solving skills.

As the student memorizes the basic addition facts, moving on to solve more complex addition problems becomes easier and faster. There are a total of 100 basic addition facts (i.e., 3 + 4 = 7) consisting of all of the combinations of adding any two single digit numbers. Three distinct levels allow the student to continually expand their skills: Level One features addition facts with sums up to 9; Level Two features addition facts with sums up to 12; and, Level Three features addition facts with sums up to 18. A special feature of RE@L Raceway Math: Addition Facts is the "re-teach" modality where the student goes through the "wrong" answers in order to hear and see the "correct" answers.

Another great feature of Raceway Math: Addition Facts is that results from each session are saved in a scrolling list for later viewing. If the student ran several races during a session, these results are combined into a single record. Results are stored according to the date of the race. For each entry, you will see: the racer’s name, race type, level, correct answer total, reviewed/missed facts, best time and top speed. A “Special Settings for Parents and Teachers” feature allows for close monitoring and customization.
