As your coPilot, this app seamlessly marries R/C functionality with smartphone technologies, enriching your model aircraft flying hobby experience. Key functionality includes the assignment of customizable flight timers to your various aircraft (be it fuel or electric) allowing the announcement of your remaining flight time. This helps to get your aircraft down before you lose power and have to land dead-stick. No longer do you have to frantically glance at your Tx timer and take your eyes off your expensive model, the app will audibly readout your flight time remaining. Additionally, the app packs quite a bit of technology that enhances and makes your hobby experience much more enjoyable, informative and educational. RCcoPilot is practical, easy to learn, simple to customize via built-in camera, and most importantly it does not interfere with your hobby enjoyment...rather it enhances your flying experience!
Beyond a simple flight timer, I wanted an app that helped me manage my battery packs, log their charge cycles and performance, automatically create a flight log of my various aircraft during the day, broadcast via social media that I was heading to the field to allow my buddies to come fly with me, access built-in calculators and various conversion tools (this alone is worth the price of the app!), utilize a checklist so I don't get all the way to the field only to realize I left something at home... and I wanted all this functionality in a single mobile app. I personally love RCcoPilot and I hope others find it cleverly useful as well.
