The Raw Potential CrossFit App is designed for members of our CrossFit Box located on the Central Coast of NSW, about 90 Minutes north of Sydney. This App gives access to information and interactive features while you are on the go. We pride ourselves on being a close team who trains in a non-intimidating environment where everyone is welcome, no matter what their fitness level.

What is CrossFit?
It is a strength and conditioning program that involves measurable workouts, which are constantly varied through functional movements. By increasing ten general physical skills, life in general becomes a lot easier. “You are only as strong as your weakest link”.

Who can do it?
Anyone, no matter what your age or ability. CrossFit is for everyone, not just the elite.
If you're losing your mind at the gym from repetitive machine-based work outs, CrossFit may be for you. The constant variation in training keeps it fun, interesting and leaving you coming back for more. There are no machines, no mirrors and no judgement. Since everything is measured, your biggest competitor is yourself. You're able to see your improvements on an almost weekly basis.
