Random Workout Builder is designed to keep your workouts new and exciting. The built in features are designed to give you a versatile tool to use while working out in the gym.

Random Workout Builder Features:

Random Workout Generator: Building a workout is simple. You set what muscle group and exercise type you are interested in and Random Workout Builder will create a workout for you based on your parameters. You can randomize the workout again, or swap out individual exercises for other exercises.

Random Exercise Generator: In addition to the workout generator, you can also add individual random exercises to an existing workout.

Custom Exercise Creator: You can create and save your own custom exercises. Once these exercises are saved, they can also be added to random workouts as well.

Workout Walkthrough: The workout walkthrough feature allows you to go through each exercise in your workout. There is also a built in stopwatch for your convenience. At the end of the workout walkthrough you have the ability to save this workout to view it or redo the workout again if you delete the workout from your workout list.

Workout Profiles: Random Workout Builder comes equipped with workout profiles. These profiles can be added to your workout list and you can customize them further.

Exercise Library: The exercise library provides you with every exercise in the database. From the exercise library you can individually select exercises and add them to workouts.
