Affirmations can be powerful and life changing. I find that having your affirmations appear at random times during the day extremely invigorating.
Your affirmations appear as notifications on your phone, so you don't need to be running the app to receive your affirmations.
This app doesn't come with any affirmations, this way you can use your own affirmations or favorite quotes that have the most meaning and impact for you.
How to use:
- Step 1: Add your own custom affirmations.
- Step 2: Back to the main screen.
- Step 3: Done. Your affirmations will now randomly appear 5 times between 9am-5pm. You can easily change this by tapping the modify button.
If you want to delete an affirmation, just swipe over it and touch the delete icon.
