This app is third part of an exciting customer service package aiming to empower the hospitality and tourism staff in your local area to be ambassadors for your town; to take pride in its history, to be knowledgeable about its present offerings and passionate about shaping its future.

The Standard is a three-part customer service concept for local businesses:
•Participation in a day-long ‘Delivering Service Excellence’,
•Completion of a Candidate Assessment
•Completion of a Local Knowledge Quiz (App)

This App forms the local knowledge quiz section of our customer service training package. Each local knowledge quiz is based around your town centre and its attractions. Questionnaires have been designed to cover the main streets in the town centre, as well as free attractions and answers to common visitor questions. Each candidate must complete one quiz, the answers to which can be found on specified websites, information panels or on shop fronts.

On successful completion of all of these sections, candidates will receive a certificate and the Standard pin.
