The Rainbow Child is a story about a little girl named Sephora who lives in a town called Gloomsville. Sephora is different from all the other boys and girls, some even called her a freak. That’s because everyone and everything in Gloomsville is in black and white, except Sephora, who is colourful.

The Rainbow Child is an interactive children’s story about a little girl who is not afraid to let her true colours show.

The story was written by students from Singapore Polytechnic’s Diploma in Creative Writing for Television and New Media (DTVM). The authors are Jedidah Neo, Kelly Chang and Genevieve Ng and the story was illustrated by Diploma in Games Design & Development (DGDD) student Tan Wen Ling.
