Application Description
A simple, powerful app which predicts race finishing times and training paces based on your finishing time over a particular distance. You enter race distance, finishing time and desired race distance for time prediction.... That's it, three inputs!. Based on the teachings of Riegel and Daniels. Estimated VDOT, %VO2 Max, Aerobic Pace, Threshold Pace, VO2 Max Pace and Easy Pace for training purposes are also provided.
