I didn't know what to expect from the app. Turbo training can be boring but this app is a game changer. It is very simple but highly addictive. Also the wealth of information provided easily helps u to change behaviours. It is expensive but try the lite version first and you will soon see the value from the app.
Its not expensive any more because now this version can be unlocked to be fully functional simply by 'liking' our facebook page from within the app.
