Quiet Punch is the first of its kind to offer an awesome boxing workout anytime and anywhere. It is a patent pending system that replaces the standard hanging punching bag and base filled heavy bag models. It is extremely quiet so not to bother roommates, neighbors, and co-workers.

Quiet Punch Founder, Brian Pedone began boxing at the age of 13 and has run a successful boxing team and gym for over 10 years. He has trained hundreds of people and has trained the 2008 PA Golden Gloves State Champion and the 2010 PA Golden Gloves Regional Champion. He is currently the boxing coach for MMA heavyweight rising prospect, Chris "The Big Buck" Birchler.

Brian has 17+ years experience in boxing, 6 years as an amateur and 11 years as a coach. Brian was featured in 2008 as one of BusinessWeek's Top 25 Entrepreneurs 25 Years and Under in America.
