Prune works like this:
Add your goal
Track its progress - first by the minute, then by the hour, and then by the day and so on. You get to see regular progress each time you check the app!

1) Add a goal name
2) Select a duration
3) Begin
== Overview ==
1) Overview screen shows all goals
2) Selection of a cell will show the item detail
3) Swiping the cell to the left will reveal two options - restart and delete. Restart will bring the count to zero for that particular habit.
4) Swiping down on the table will reveal a feedback icon "?"
== Item Detail ==
1) Shows the name of the goal and the current progress
2) Radial timer progresses to the next unit. First we start counting minutes, then hours, then days, then months. We want to give you the continual notion of progress each time you check in with the app.
3) Select the header to dismiss, or swipe down to dismiss this view
== Sharing ==
1) Selecting the "share" button from the item detail will enable you to share this item with facebook, twitter or email
2) Facebook and Twitter integrated with iOS 6
