There are properties which are not owned by multiple owners. Areas like car parks etc. are shared by various property owners. The maintenance of these common property raises costs (electricity, gardeners, repairs, etc.). The individual property owners pay periodically a contribution to these maintenance costs. At the end of the year, a report is required reporting, what the maintenance costs are and how many every property owner paid as a whole and how much the part of the maintenance cost for every co-owner is.

PropertyAdmin provides an easy way to manage co-ownership. Each property owner is entered with his major informations. Also, the various accounts (e.g. bank account, expense accounts for general electricity, insurance, etc.) are defined. Each payment is recognized in accordance with the corresponding accounts and property owners. Expenses, which are burdening equally to all owners, are automatically split. 

Based on the collected data, an annual report will be generated, containing all important informations about the maintenance expenses paid as well as about the interests received. The generated PDF document can either be sent directly to all co-owners by email or printed via AirPrint.
