Add your Client
A client could be your boss, wife, husband, friend, or anyone that you will be performing a project for. Enter their name, phone number, and e-mail address so you can keep in touch with them.

Add your Project
Add the project name, pick the client, and add the project due date. Projects have 3 status, Started, Finished, and Cancelled.

Add your Action Items
Every project has a list of steps that need to be completed before the project is completed. These steps are the action items and are used to communicate to you and your client on how the project is progressing. Action Items have 3 status, Started, Finished, and Cancelled.

Communicate
Next time your boss stops you in the break room and asks you what you are working on, pull out you iPhone and show them or better yet, e-mail them your project and action items. Life is good!
