Application Description
*Hazard Reporting and Flight risk analysis tool (FRAT) for PRISM customers.
PRISM delivers FRAT and hazard/incident reporting into the iPad for quick and easy report submission into your safety management system (SMS). The app provides access to your operation’s specifically designed flight risk analysis or hazard/incident report forms.
- Online and offline modes of operation
- Syncs with the PRISM website in the online mode
- Records reports into the SMS for future analysis
FRAT
- Create new FRAT reports and access stored pending reports for final submission.
- Activates all required risk notifications
Hazrep Reporting
- Create new hazard/incident reports
- Attach image from Photo library or snap a picture with the built-in camera (iPad 2nd gen or higher)
Please note: the PRISM app is designed to work primarily in the online mode in order to sync with the PRISM website. The offline mode will allow for report editing; report submission will occur when the online mode is active.
