Application Description
Application to display the location of PrimeTracker devices for tracking people and assets.
User Guide
Logging On: log on with your PrimeTracker account ID and password (if you have one, otherwise leave blank) and the application will then automatically show the PrimeTracker devices attached to that account. Configure the account details via the settings option (see below).
The map: is centred on your location but you can touch on any pin to get the name of the pin and then touch the name tag to centre the map on that pin and get the last update and location in address format. The map will display up to a maximum of 100 pins. Touch the bottom left-hand button to re-centre the map on your current location. Touch the "Pins: " button to zoom and pan the map to show all the pins.
Adding accounts: to add further accounts to the one you logged on with go to settings (buttom right hand button) and go to Preferences. Click on Accounts, then Add Account and fill in the Name you wish to call the account (this can be any name that is relevant to you), the account ID and a password if there is one attached to this account, otherwise leave blank. If you wish to set this account as your default account then set 'Auto connect using this account' to ON. This will mean that when you start the app, it will automatically use this account. If you do not set-up a default account, you will need to choose the "Connect" menu option (via the second from right button at the bootom of the screen) to choose which account you want to use.
Changing accounts: once you have added your accounts you can change accounts by going to Settings, clicking on Accounts and then clicking on the account you wish to view. Alternatiely choose the "Connect" button to select a different account to use.
GPS Interval: you can use your iPhone to change the GPS interval on your PrimeTracker devices, simply go to settings, click on GPS Interval and then reset the time.
Pin Management: as there is a maximum of 100 pins that can be displayed, when opening a new account you may wish to delete all the existing pins in order to view the new pins. Go to Settings and click on the Delete All Pins button and then press YES to confirm.
