Application Description
The Bible invites everyone to go before God and present their requests to Him. Prayer is a vital part of every Christian's relationship with God and is the core of Christian community. With Prayer Wall, you can now join the world-wide community of believers in prayer!
View the prayers of other Christians and commit to pray for them. They will be notified that they are being prayed for - and you can send and receive comments with that person. Let them know you are praying for them, give them words of encouragement, and hear how your prayers are affecting their life.
Of course, you can also request prayers of the Prayer Wall community. Submit your own prayer requests and experience the rich community of the family of Christ as others join you in that prayer.
The Prayer Wall displays various prayers from other users and allows you to select which ones you commit to pray for. Those prayers are then added to your Prayer List. Prayer Comments you send to that person are private - only that person receives them.
When you request a prayer, anyone can commit to pray for you. Comments you post on your prayer will be sent to all "pray-ers"; their replies will only be seen by you. This facilitates a one-on-one discussion between you and each "pray-er" and promotes privacy.
Note: an Internet connection is required to send and receive prayers and comments.
Prayer Wall Plus includes all the features of the free version plus:
• Push Notifications (iPhone OS 3.0 users only): be notified instantly when someone accepts one of your Prayer Requests or posts a comment to a Prayer you are following. (Requires internet connection to receive notifications)
• View all screens in Portrait or Landscape mode, whichever is more convenient for you
• Detailed New Messages view: When new comments/prayer acceptances come in, you will get a detailed list of who is praying for you on which Prayer along with a complete list of the new comments.
• Search the Prayer Wall
• Reply to a specific comment
• List of those praying for you, with count
• Optional passcode protection on My Prayers list
• Ability to import your prayers from the free version. Just go to the free version, tap the Settings icon and choose "Export to Prayer Wall Plus" at the bottom.
