Property managers, landlords and rental agents who have come to love Postlets® on the desktop can now have Postlets on the go with the launch of the Postlets App for the iPhone and iPod touch.
Postlets, which is owned by Zillow, is a free listing creation and distribution tool that makes advertising properties across a variety of sites quick and easy. The Postlets App is the leading rental listing app that syndicates each listing to the largest rental site on the Web, Zillow.com®, plus others including Zillow Mobile, HotPads™, Yahoo! Homes, FrontDoor, LiveLovely, Zumper® and more. In all, listings are distributed to more than 20 of the top rental sites across the Web. Users can also instantly share their listings from the app on Twitter and Facebook and post to Craigslist®.
Property managers and landlords can take and upload an unlimited number of photos of their rental property, select amenity details, write descriptions, and publish the listing on the spot. For anyone with an existing Postlets account on the desktop, listings will automatically be synced to their mobile devices upon sign-in.
The Postlets App makes creating listings a snap by pre-populating key details about your property using information from Zillow. The app will even help you determine the rent price by showing you comparable rentals in the area and giving you the option to use Zillow's Rent Zestimate® estimated monthly rental price.
