Cards are delivered to the US, UK, Europe, and Canada in 2-5 business days, but the rest of the world can take a little longer.
Wallpaper images are 2048 x 1536 at Retina Display resolution of 264 ppi/dpi suitable for Desktop or Retina iPhone and iPad.
