The key numbers related to True Position is the Virtual Condition, the clearance between the virtual hole and pin is vital. Plastics can be pushed to a line to line fit, but metal parts may not be easily assembled in this condition, additioinally components that are assembled using automated methods may not assemble with a line to line fit.
