It enables you to view and measure your students’ performance and to evaluate them based on their own effort. And because the GoFit app measures live heart rate information, every student in the class can be helped to work at the right level for them. After the class, the data from that session is automatically updated in the polargofit.com web service. This allows you to get information on individual students throughout the academic year.
During the class each student wears a Polar Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensor, allowing you to follow their heart rate on the go.
