The Poggenpohl “My kitchen“ App is designed to be a commercial tool to assist our store network in giving our end consumers the “Perfect first visit“. This tool shall effectively standardise and improve our sales approach across dealers and territories.

This is initially for the customers first visit to our stores, the App will support the differentiation of the whole customer experience within Poggenpohl Studios Globally.

Inspiration to our consumers through a visual customiser of standard iconic design images as well as hundreds of end consumer installations.

Customer awareness of Poggenpohl's flexible and transparent pricing.

Assistance in the consumer education of appliance options available.

Options on accessory selections and the varying internal and external choices.

A consumer specific “take away” (not just a paper brochure) of budget, colour, design and accessories chosen during the meeting.
