Pocket Oud - The worlds first true and Original Oud Tuner for the iPhone, iPad and iPod. Only from IDORB Industries.
This Tuner has gone though extensive research and testing in order to provide you with the most accurate, true and realistic tuning possible.
All samples were recorded with using a genuine vintage Nahat Oud and Rode NT2 Condenser. All strings were accurately tuned to pitch before samples were recorded.
We also sought out the help of a professional Syrian oud master to get the most accurate results.
Pocket Oud Brings you over 13+ tunings from all around the middle east. We also did the proper research to provide the tunings that the Real Oud Masters used themselves such as Farid El Attrache and Abdel Wehab. They are the actual tunings that they used to record the greatest Taqsims of all time! You can now listen and follow the way the masters play by tuning your oud with PocketOud!
We will be providing even more updates in the near future that will turn this great app into an even greater app. We are adding many more different tunings from your favorite artists and you will be able to choose the tuning that was used in a particular song.
