PlayCounts lets you browse and play your music library in a different way.

This is exactly what Playcounts does: it lets you explore your songs by plays, allowing you to create a on-the-fly playlist of your least played songs or your most played hits.
Playcounts is interfaced with your iPhone library and music player, doesn't require any sync and it doesn't alter your files or playlists.
