Do your friends and loved ones wonder how you are doing during the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon / Half Marathon? Would it be easier for friends to meet you along the course if they had real-time information about your location?

With this app and a few simple steps, your facebook friends can view your progress during the event

Get up and running in seconds:

•Select Spectator or Runner
•Log in
•As a spectator, you will see all of your facebook friends running along the course.
•As a runner, simply press Update Position when you've arrived at the starting corrals.
•Press the Home button. The app will run in the background so you can still enjoy your race day playlist.
•Start running and have fun!

We use geofencing to determine when you cross the start and finish lines.

You can select Update Position when you get to the race and Stop Updating Position anytime after you cross the finish line. This way, your hands will be free at the start line to focus on your watch, your nerves, or your companions, rather than your phone.

IMPORTANT: Remember to select Stop Updating Position sometime after you finish the race. Otherwise, you'll drain your battery. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This app does not save information about your race. We use your current position so your facebook friends can view your progress only on race day.
