Why?

Hundreds of baseball teams, from collegiate National Champions to Little League squads, are now using a number-sequence sign system. Sold mainly by Own The Zone Sports® or Catch the Sign®, the wristband system offers essentially "pick proof" signs because there is no pattern, indicator, hot number, etc.

Many opposing teams simply write down every sequence and the corresponding pitch on a piece of paper and scan through the paper to find repeated signs. Recording signs and looking for repeated ones is the ONLY way to pick these signs because there is no pattern. However, the process if scanning is slow and can lead to errors.

Pick Signs allows you to input the sequence and the pitch type, including shakes. If the sequence has been repeated in the past, the screen will also display the sequence history, so you can relay the upcoming pitch to the batter.
