Application Description
Pianopad Mobile is an App created by a School Music Teacher which contains the best/current songlist you're likely to find in any App!
It is a virtual piano for iPhone & iPod touch that has the following features:
1.Record/ Playback.
2.Musical Notation.
3.Tempo control.
4.Export and Import recordings (SHARE!)
5.Send recordings via email.
6.Import your FACE into the PianoPad avatar.
7.Reverse recorded notes.
8.Randomize recorded notes.
9.Real sounds.
10.Coloured highlighted keys.
Pianopad Mobile is a virtual piano for iPhone and iPod touch that can record/playback, export and import your performances using interactive highlighted keys and notation! Yet, it also includes some features such as reverse and randomize which can be a bit of fun or an interesting compositional tool.
You can even share your recordings via email to other PianoPad users. Your friends or colleagues will be able to SEE which keys you played and slow down the tempo to assist in learning your masterpiece. These recordings are sent as text which can be imported and read by the app. Therefore the recordings send/download really quickly!
Future updates will include more sounds, more avatar features, sheet music creation, a huge library of songs (I have several hundred arrangements covering all genres of music) and possibly even hidden "Easter egg" features which I was advised to include by some of my students.
Remember this app is created by one teacher - not a team if developers. There will be frequent updates however. The external blog will allow me to produce new songs even daily for users to learn.
