1) run the appli, take your picture in white background. Have someone else do it for best result, otherwise use the front camera.
2) on the touch screen pinch (zoom) and move your photo to match the official photo ID template.
3) generate a print of photo IDs in a JPEG file, which can be retrieved through email or USB (iTunes File Sharing with apps:http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4094 ). To be sent to your on-line print service or photo printer. You can also print directly with AirPrint on AirPrint printers.
