Application Description
Photo EFX is a very cool and easy to use photo editing application with 100s of filters and effects. You can apply multiple layer of filters and get creative by scratching the image with your finger to remove parts of the filter.
Functions on the lower nav bar in order from left to right are:

Refresh/undo filter
Share to Facebook, SMS, Email, Instagram and Twitter
Save to photo gallery
Pro Version has 88 more filters and does not have any pop up ads.
