Photo Album Scrapbook is a specially designed digital photo album to allow user to show off their photos to their friends! User can arrange photo in anyway they want (move, rotate, scale).You can also make really cool lock screen and home screen background from it.
If you are looking for a application that can show off the photos you take on a recent trip, or just wan to arrange the photo nicely can kept it to refer back later, this application is specially designed for YOU! YES YOU!
