Depending on how you grow your Petalien, they can grow up and transform to 27 variety of Petaliens.

Which Petalien it transforms to depends on how you grow your Petalien.

They sleep at night, and wake up in the morning. They eat and egest; they are just like real pets.
If you grow them poorly, they can even get sick.

Feed when they are hungry, and fondle when they feel lonely.

Once Petalien poops, just through poops away from the room.

Icons:
Meal: Feed when Petalien is hungry.
Dessert: Dessert can not only satisfy Petalien's appetite, but it can also make your Petalien happier. However, too much cake may make your Petalien sick and fat.
Hand: Fondle your Petalien to make s/he happier.
Egg: Change the room or buy a new one.
Status: It displays basic information of your Petalien.
Light: Turn the light off when your Petalien is sleeping.
Injector: When your Petalien is sick, please inject so that it can be cured.
History: It displays basic historical information, like which and how many Petalien you have mastered.
Setting: You can setup your application.
Smile: You can play minigame when this icon is displayed.
