Our savvy Mobile Key app will act as your room key by allowing you to simply use your mobile device - on any mobile network - to unlock the door to your room, easily, securely, and without the plastic.
On the day of your arrival, you will be provided with simple instructions indicating your assigned room number. Once outside your door, press the purple key on the app and simply hold the phone over the lock module, just as the animation on your phone instructs. We invite you to use Mobile Key on your next stay!
Personality’s Mobile Key is our commitment to your convenience and security, as well as our commitment to the environment. Door locks are now opened by your cell phone, but you may still use traditional plastic keys if you wish.
