Application Description
WARNING: This application only works in combination with the I-FourC eArchive!
Do you spend much time on preparing a meeting? Making copies? And searching for the right documents? No need for that anymore. With the I-FourC Personal File application you can work paperless. The app is especially useful in meetings. You can look at a desktop like a collection of files for a specific time period and/or meeting. For example: You can imagine a doctor is going to create desktops like “Patients Morning” and “Patients Afternoon” and so on. Or if it is used for a paperless meeting, desktops like “Meeting Subject A” and “Meeting Subject B” etc. are likely to be created. The user can fill out the title for the desktop and can create as many as they want. You can easily prepare your meetings, you don’t have to print anymore and everything is right where you need it. The Personal File will create a personal environment where you have access to all the needed files.
I-FourC has a vision of how to go paperless. We simulated the paper world way in a digital shape. That’s also the principle I-FourC used to create the Personal File. We call it “mapping the real world”. We think this principle contributes to the acceptation of users going paperless.
How it works?
The Personal File connects to the I-FourC eArchive. The I-FourC eArchive is a web-based solution which customers can use to manage all their information and retrieve records. With the I-FourC eArchive solution you can store data centrally and use a large storage capacity. After you downloaded your files from the I-FourC eArchive to the Personal File you don’t need internet connection. Access to the Personal File is only available for users who use the I-FourC eArchive. They have to login with their credentials to access the search engine to search and download files.

- Whiteboard function
- View on which page are notes by adding a “post-it” on the preview and on the pages itself
- List-view and Swipe view different files
