Pequa is a card game where two to four players take turns to complete layouts of different suits from Ace to King.
Summary:
- At the beginning of every round, all cards are distributed among players, then the players pay the round's fee, which makes up the round's prize money.
- A player starts by playing a "7" of a suit, then the next player takes his turn.
- The next player can either play a "6" or an "8" (to follow next to the "7"); or a card whose rank is next to those played previously; given that the card belongs to the same suit.
- The player who cannot play any card during his turn will have to pass; and consequently pay a penalty fee that is added to the prize money.
- The player who plays ALL of his cards first wins the prize money for that round.
- Players who do not have enough to pay the round's fee or any penalty fee will be resigned from the game.
- The last player standing, when all other players have been resigned, wins the game.
Features:
(1) "One Vs. Three" Games - Where you compete with three AI players, in three difficulty levels (Easy, Average and Hard). Average and hard games impose a time limit on your turn. You are penalized if you do not play a card (or pass your turn) in time.
(2) "Multi-Player" Games - You can play with friends using the same iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
(3) "Walkthrough" Games - Where step-by-step tutorials show you how to play the game.
