· Search by air waybill number or relevant reference number
· Mark shipments as Favorite with nicknames
· Mark shipments as Hot and send a message directly to the PLG Operations team
· View shipment notes and history
· Customize push notifications for specific changes to Shipment Milestones or PLG News
· Share shipment details via email or SMS (carrier charges are applicable)
· Connect with PLG Social and receive regular industry updates
