Application Description
patientCare EMR is an easy-to-use App designed to help doctors in keeping patient records and clinical data. patientCare is a standalone database system and does not require connection with systems online. Just set your password and start using! Internet connection not required.
patientCare can be used as:
1. An EMR for recording of patient information
2. A referrals record for medical doctors
3. Surgical audit for surgical doctors
4. Database system for a small doctor's clinic
5. Managing surgical list for an operating theatre

1. Record key patient demographics (including contacts of doctors in a shared-care team, patient photo etc.)
2. Record patient clinical data (including past diagnoses, social history etc.)
3. Record clinical data relating to patient encounter (vital signs, history, examination results, management plan, medications, discharge time etc.).

4. Automatically generate referral letters for printing and email.

5. Draw and annotate on diagram templates.
6. Record surgical procedure information (eg. surgeon and assistants, procedure duration, implant etc.).
