partyline randomly and anonymously connects you with people in a live one on one voice chat. Search by age and gender. Enjoy!
partyline is great for people who are: bored, looking to kill time, find a date, have a fun conversation with no strings attached, chat, flirt, or just need someone to talk to. Find other people to talk with and make new friends! partyline - the ultimate talk line.
You can set age and gender preferences on who you want to be matched. Once you are matched with another person and both people accept the match, you are both connected on a voip-based (no cellular minutes used) voice call. No typing, no video – a good old-fashioned voice conversation.
After your conversation is finished, you have the option of rating the user friendly or rude, or making the user your anonymous friend to allow you to talk to them again. User’s ratings are presented for future matches.

-Doesn’t use any of your voice minutes – since the app is voip-based, none of the voice minutes for your phone contract are used.
-Completely anonymous – Other than your year of birth, the app collects no personal information and the person you match with has no personal information about you, not even your phone number, name, or email.
-Protection for minors – users under 18 can only match and chat with other users under 18.
-Universal app that works on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
-Cellular or Wi-Fi – works over just about any network and firewall with very low bandwidth (less than 2.5K/sec upstream and downstream).
-Match with anyone anywhere in the world.
-Rating system to discourage rude behavior.
-Anonymous friend system to allow for future conversations with people you like using push notifications.
-Currently there is only one universal room, but future updates will have different location based chatrooms.
