ParcelSpace gives you proactive tracking for your deliveries both in the app and online at www.parcelspace.com. You choose when and how you want delivery alerts, after you have signed up.

We have also developed a system to further improve parcel delivery for the benefit of consumers, carriers and retailers. We are looking to introduce some of our services in the coming months. If you are interested, please register to receive infrequent news updates in the app so that we can keep you informed.

We currently track the following carriers, mainly in the UK and Ireland:
An Post, City Link, DHL, DHL Global Mail, DX, Fedex, Fedex (UK), myHermes (UK), Nightline, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, TNT, TNT (UK), UPS, Yodel.
This list is updated dynamically in the FAQ page of the app.

ParcelSpace has no ads.

Our Tracking Service currently allows free email tracking alerts for the first ten parcels which you enter in a rolling 30-day period and which ParcelSpace is successfully able to track (i.e. alerts for up to 121 parcels a year).

We are dependent on the tracking services provided by carriers, and you must agree to their terms and conditions in relation to any tracking number you enter in ParcelSpace.
