Second is what we came to call "Reachability". Understanding that publishing an application is only half the way to engage the users of the mobile world, we designed PapTap as a catalog & search engine for mobile applications. PapTap is designed to connect you with every restaurant, bar, beauty saloon, consultant and many more around you.
