Application Description

A picture card application that works on your iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.

Picture cards can be composed from your own photos, your own words and even your own voice!
It's a great tool for raising bilingual, trilingual or multilingual kids.
Especially so if you're an expat living in a foreign country.
Have separate sets of words in English, Japanese, Mandarin, Malay, German, Spanish and even Klingon!
We think it's great for families living overseas to help their kids learn new words as well as remember their grandparents' faces.

Each picture card takes center stage - no fancy buttons or controls that divert your attention away.
Large photos with text that is kept clear and as large as possible.
Put the application in auto-play mode and the result is a beautiful unobtrusive slideshow, visible from way across the room.

Extremely minimalist.

Simple touch controls.
- Swipe to progress to the next or previous picture card.
- Tap to play sound (if recorded).
- Long press to hide/present the top toolbar.

From the developer: -
My inspiration to make this app was to help my friends' kids remember me.
Especially this shy little girl who, until she warmed up to me each time, always cried.
Of course she can't say "Ken" before the other 2 very important first words - Papa Mama.
Hence the app's name.
I hope you find more fun uses for this little app of mine!
