Application Description
Pano Assist is not an App to shoot panoramic photographs with your iOS device. Pano Assist is a tool to help panoramic photographers.
From now on you won’t need any laminated sheet with the characteristics of your gear. You will not longer struggle to find out the best rotation steps for a given focal length. From now on all you need will be right in your pocket. You can also use Pano Assist to geotag your panoramas when you share them on the web.
With Pano Assist, you can:
Calculate the rotation (yaw and pitch) needed for a certain overlapping.
Calculate the overlapping for a certain rotation.
Intuitive Depth of Field calculator
Have an organized Database with all your lenses and their Non-Parallax Points.
Have a colorful flash screen to help you see your panorama sets when working on the computer.
On the Settings you can:
Customize the Circle of Confusion of your gear to adequately calculate the DoF.
You have a very wide Database with the most common DSRL cameras or the possibility to add more if not on the DB.
Built-in User’s Manual and Twitter interface.
