Application Description
The Pmag Fieldbook app is designed to record necessary data when sampling in the field for paleomagnetic studies.
Multiple studies can be created. Each study can have any number of sites associated with it as well as each site having any number of samples. Each study, site, and sample have textfields for typical data taken and a section for general comments.
The camera can used within the Pmag Fieldbook creating albums for each location, site, and sample so pictures will be catalogued on the run.
All data collected can the emailed to yourself for further processing. The textfiles are tab delimited in a MagIC format (http://earthref.org/MAGIC/)
