Follow the routes of the professionals.

The app contains mapping and routes for challenging rides across the country. Each route comes with a mapping option allowing cyclists to ride smaller segments making the app suitable for all levels of road cycling.

This free and easy to use app uses Ordnance Survey’s detailed outdoor mapping including OS Landranger Maps (1:50 000 scale) enabling cyclists to successfully navigate and track their progress, as they ride the pre-loaded routes.

The app comes bundled with a selection of trusted mapping scales and height data, allowing users to effectively plan and ride the challenging routes.

Cyclists can track their progress, speed, distance and time, as well as displaying accurate height data showing the elevation across all the routes.

A built-in share option allows cyclists to share their achievements with friends and family via social media.

Please note: continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We always recommend you also carry a back-up paper map when exploring the great outdoors.

Ordnance Survey strongly recommends that you carefully consider whether a road is suitable for cycling before attempting to do so. Cycle safely and to choose routes that are suitable for cycling.

OS Ride is supported by Chris Boardman MBE.
